Recommended dose

Adults take 2 capsules 1 time per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food.

Cautions:

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. Some people may experience diarrhea. 

Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Keep sealed, store in a cool, dry place at 15–25ºC.
