Recommended dose

Adults take 1 capsule per day, 2 hours after a meal.

Cautions:

Consult a health care practitioner before taking if you are pregnant, or breastfeeding, if you are taking blood thinners or anti-inflammatory medications, if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcer or have a kidney or liver disorder, or if you are having surgery. Hypersensitivity/allergy, rashes and difficulty breathing has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Keep sealed, store in a cool, dry place at 15–25ºC.
