Recommended dose

Adults take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times per day or as advised by a health care practitioner.

Cautions:

Do not use if you are pregnant. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), if you are breastfeeding or if you are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or blood pressure medication. Consumption with alcohol is not recommended. Consumption with other medications or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or when involved in activities requiring high mental alertness.

Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Keep sealed, store in a cool, dry place at 15–25ºC.
