Sales Policy

PRICES:  Subject to change with 30 days’ notice, unless a distribution agreement is in place.

ORDER TERMS: All new orders are COD, unless a credit application has been received and approved. NET 30 standard payment terms with approved credit. Mail credit application to sales@provita-nutrition.ca. We accept Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal and EFT.

SHIPPING: Free for orders of $300 or more, $25 charge below the limit - no exceptions.

BACK ORDERS:  Provita will gladly ship back-orders but only upon request.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT:  If your order is received with ANY signs of damage, please  and advise us within 48 hours of goods receipt. We may ask you to provide electronic evidence such as pictures of the damaged goods.

CUSTOMER GUARANTEE:  Provita is confident in its product quality, benefits and value. With early warning, we will make all efforts to help our customers, and if needed we will replace expired or near-expiry products and/or credit customer accounts.

CONSUMER GUARANTEE:  All products are 100% guaranteed, we will honor the return with a wholesale credit note to the merchant's account or by replacing product(s).
