Recommended dose

Adults take 3 capsules 1 time per day (on an empty stomach i.e. before going to bed). Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.

Cautions:

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking blood pressure medication, or if you are taking blood thinners. Symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhoea) has been known to occur.

Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Keep sealed, store in a cool, dry place at 15–25ºC.
