Recommended dose

Adults take 2 capsules 1 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Cautions:

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription medication as citrus bioflavonoids may alter their effectiveness. 
Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Keep sealed, store in a cool, dry place at 15–25ºC.
