Recommended dose

Adults take 1 capsule per day 2 hours after a meal on an empty stomach (i.e. before going to bed or after waking up).

Cautions:

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Discontinue use if gastrointestinal effects occur. Discontinue use and ask a health care practitioner if you experience any new symptoms including yellowing of the eyes or skin, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, excess stomach acid, if you have a liver or biliary disorder, if you are taking antiplatelet medication, anticoagulant/blood thinner, anti-inflammatory or antibiotic medication, are having surgery, or if you have allergy to latex or fruits. Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Keep sealed, store in a cool, dry place at 15–25ºC.
